We also use analytics and advertising measurement tools described in the Cookie Policy. Data is not sold or shared with third parties for their own purposes.
6. Transfers outside the UK / European Economic Area
Some suppliers may process data outside the UK or the EEA. In such cases, the transfer takes place on the basis of an adequacy decision, or, failing that, through Standard Contractual Clauses together with any necessary supplementary measures. A copy of the safeguards adopted can be requested at the contact address above.
7. Data subject rights
You can exercise, at any time, the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, and withdraw any consent given, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. Requests should be sent to office@ambitionhealthgroup.co.uk and will be answered within one month, extendable by two further months in complex cases, with reasons given.
8. Complaints to a supervisory authority
If you believe that our processing breaches applicable law, you can lodge a complaint with the competent authority: for the United Kingdom, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk); if you reside in the European Union, the authority of your state of residence — for Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
9. Security
We adopt technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk: encrypted connections, access controls, regular backups and permissions limited to staff who strictly need them. No system can guarantee absolute security.
10. Automated decisions
We do not carry out any decision-making based solely on automated processing, nor profiling that produces legal effects or similarly significantly affects users.
11. Minors
Our products are intended exclusively for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 18.
12. Updates
This notice may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email.
Terms and Conditions of sale
These terms govern the purchase of digital training products offered by AMBITION HEALTH GROUP LTD and form an integral part of the contract concluded with the customer.
1. Subject matter
The subject matter of the contract consists of digital training materials, online learning paths, downloadable documents, access to members’ areas and, for packages that include them, remote one-to-one sessions. The specific features of each package are set out on the relevant product page and summarised before order confirmation.
2. Nature of the content
The content is provided for training, informational and organisational purposes only. It does not constitute and is not a substitute for healthcare services, medical advice, diagnosis, therapy or psychological counselling, and is not designed to treat, prevent or diagnose any condition. No specific outcome is promised or guaranteed: results depend on individual application.
3. Requirements
Purchases are restricted to adults. To use the materials you need a device with internet access, an up-to-date browser, and a valid, working email address.
4. Formation of the contract
Before confirming the order, the customer is shown a summary including the product description, the total price inclusive of taxes, the payment and delivery method, and information on the right of withdrawal. The contract is formed when the customer confirms the order and payment is authorised. A confirmation email follows, containing the summary and these terms.
5. Prices
Prices are shown in euros and are inclusive of applicable taxes. The final price of each package is the one shown on the product page and confirmed at the time of payment. Any amounts shown elsewhere for indicative purposes do not constitute a binding offer.
For packages that include both digital materials and individual sessions, the price is shown split between the two components, together with the per-session value. This split is binding for the purpose of calculating any amount due on withdrawal, as set out in the Withdrawal and refunds section.
6. Licence to use
On purchase, the customer receives a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials for their own purposes. It is not permitted to copy, distribute, resell, share login credentials, publish or commercially exploit the materials, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation.
7. Intellectual property
Text, documents, video, layout, training materials and graphic elements remain the property of AMBITION HEALTH GROUP LTD or their respective owners and are protected under applicable law.
8. Suspension of access
Access may be suspended in the event of credential sharing, duplication of materials, or other material breaches of these terms, with notice to the customer where reasonably possible.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the relevant product. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud or gross negligence, or affects any statutory rights that cannot be excluded under consumer protection law.
10. Changes
These terms may be updated. Each order is governed by the terms in force at the time the contract is concluded.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
The contract is governed by the law of England and Wales. This does not affect the mandatory consumer protection rights that a consumer resident in the European Union enjoys under the law of their state of residence, or their right to bring proceedings before the courts of their place of domicile.
Right of withdrawal and refunds
In brief. Each package has two parts, with different rules. The digital library, made available immediately, is not refundable once access has been activated, if you expressly consented to immediate activation. Individual sessions not yet delivered are always refundable, on a pro-rata basis. Business and professional purchasers have no right of withdrawal.
1. Who this applies to
The right of withdrawal is granted by law only to the consumer — that is, an individual acting for purposes outside their trade, business or profession. Purchases made by companies, professionals, or holders of a VAT number who provide their tax details when ordering do not carry a right of withdrawal.
2. Time limit and how to exercise it
The consumer has the right to withdraw within 14 days of the conclusion of the contract, without giving any reason. A clear statement to office@ambitionhealthgroup.co.uk, including your order number, name and intention to withdraw, is sufficient. You will receive acknowledgement of receipt within 2 business days.
3. Price breakdown
To allow the exact calculation of any amount due on withdrawal, the price of each package is broken down and shown separately on the product page and in the order summary between: (a) the digital library fee, covering video courses, downloadable materials and access to the members’ area; and (b) the individual sessions fee, where included, stating the number of sessions and the per-session value.
4. Digital library: when withdrawal does not apply
The digital library is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. Under the relevant consumer protection rules on digital content, the right of withdrawal on this component lapses once three conditions are jointly met:
- you have expressly requested immediate activation of access, by ticking the relevant box when ordering;
- you have acknowledged, with a second, separate tick, that you lose the right of withdrawal on this component once access is activated;
- we have sent you confirmation on a durable medium — that is, the order confirmation email recording both statements.
If even one of these conditions is not met, the right of withdrawal on the digital library remains fully available and the corresponding fee is refunded in full. If you would rather not give up your right of withdrawal, you can leave the boxes unticked: access will be activated once the 14-day period has expired.
5. Individual sessions: pro-rata refund
Individual sessions are a supply of services. Withdrawal exercised before they are completed results in payment of only the amount corresponding to sessions actually delivered up to that point, calculated on the per-session value stated in the order summary. Sessions not yet used are refunded. Once the service has been fully performed — i.e. all scheduled sessions completed — the right of withdrawal lapses.
Sessions not cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice, and which the customer fails to attend, are treated as delivered for all purposes, including the calculation above.
6. Worked example
A €2,000 package, split into €800 for the digital library and €1,200 for 12 sessions at €100 each. The customer activates access immediately by ticking both boxes, completes 3 sessions, and withdraws on day 10. We retain: €800 (library, withdrawal excluded) + €300 (3 sessions delivered). Refund due: €900, corresponding to the 9 sessions not used.
7. Timing and method of refund
The refund is made within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed. No costs are charged to the customer for the refund.
8. Non-conforming products
Regardless of withdrawal, if the digital content is faulty, inaccessible, or does not match its description, you are entitled to have conformity restored and, if this is not possible within a reasonable time, to a price reduction or termination of the contract with a refund.
9. Model withdrawal form
You may copy and send the following text: “I hereby give notice that I withdraw from the contract for the supply of the following goods/services: [product]. Order No. [number], dated [date]. Consumer name: [name]. Email: [email]. Date: [date].”
Delivery and access to products
All products are digital and delivered exclusively online. No physical shipment is involved, and no shipping costs are charged.
| Product | How it is delivered | When |
|---|---|---|
| Downloadable materials | Download link sent by email to the address given in the order | Within a few minutes of payment confirmation |
| Access to the members’ area | Personal credentials sent by email | Within 24 hours of payment confirmation |
| One-to-one sessions | Video call, at an agreed time | Schedule shared within 2 business days of purchase |
Sender of communications
Order confirmation, delivery and support emails are sent by AMBITION HEALTH GROUP LTD. If you receive communications about your order from a different sender, please let us know before acting on the request.
If you don’t receive access
Check your spam folder and make sure you entered your email address correctly. If you have received nothing within 24 hours, write to office@ambitionhealthgroup.co.uk with your order number: delivery will be restored at no additional cost.
Duration of access
The duration of access to each product is stated on the relevant product page. Any changes to the delivery platform do not reduce the access period already purchased.
Payments and pricing
1. Currency and taxes
All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. The total amount to be charged is shown before order confirmation, with no additional costs afterwards.
2. Accepted methods
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment is processed by authorised third-party providers: card or account details are handled directly by the provider and are not stored on our systems.
3. Statement descriptor
The charge appears on your statement with a descriptor referring to AMBITION HEALTH GROUP LTD. If you have any doubt about a charge, please contact us before raising a dispute: most cases are resolved within a few hours.
4. Invoicing
A payment document is issued for every purchase and sent by email. To have it issued in a company’s name, tax details must be provided at the time of ordering.
5. Failed payments
If payment is not authorised, the order is not completed and no access is activated. Any amounts held by the payment network are released according to the issuer’s own timelines.
Complaints and dispute resolution
1. How to raise a complaint
Write to office@ambitionhealthgroup.co.uk stating your order number, a description of the issue, and the outcome you’re seeking. You will receive acknowledgement within 2 business days and a reasoned response within 14 days.
2. Escalation
If the response is not satisfactory, you can request a review by replying to the same email: the matter will be reviewed by someone other than the person who handled the initial contact.
3. Alternative dispute resolution
This does not affect a consumer’s right to refer the matter to the alternative dispute resolution bodies competent in their state of residence, or, in any case, to a court. Please note that the European Commission’s ODR platform ceased operating in July 2025 and is no longer available.
4. Before raising a payment dispute
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us directly: we can verify the order and delivery and process a refund far more quickly than a dispute filed with the payment network.
